Mo&Friese is celebrating its tenth birthday!!!

The 10th Mo&Friese ChildrenShortFilmFestival is going to start with the Opening Programme “Long live Mo&Friese” on Sunday, June 1, 2008. There will be a special showing of short films from our anniversary DVD. Afterwards we'll celebrate, play games and eat some birthday cake.

We’re proud to present to you what’s possible in films and in which direction a journey could go in 53 international shortfilms from 25 countries. Thanks to our sponsors GEOlino and Springer Biobackwaren we’re delighted to be able to award two prizes. Therefore the Mo- and Friese children’s jury are once again facing the difficult task in selecting two award winners.

For the second time, not only the adult directors will present their films, but nine shortfilms about the topic of “My favourite place” by children for children will be shown at the competition ‚High Five!’. As a matter of fact, both our children's juries will be giving out awards to the three best films in the competition.
